Joe Charles Evans age 77 of Laurel died Friday March 6,2026 at Mississippi Care Center in Raleigh. Funeral service is Saturday March 21,2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Providence MB Church located on North Joe Wheeler avenue in Laurel with burial in Oak Hill Number 2 cemetery. A viewing will be 1:00 p.m. to service time at the church.
